After I did my A Levels I did a BSc Biomedical Sciences degree, this was accredited with the Institute of Biomedical Science (IBMS) (I did a MSc in Biomedicine but this wasn’t needed).

      https://www.ibms.org/home/

You can then do a placement year in a lab as part of your degree course or look for your own after you graduate.

It’s a constant journey of learning and getting more specialised but it is rewarding. you just need to find the best science job for you.

There are many routes into science especially of you perform badly in your exams! Such as apprenticeships!
