I like outdoor activities like kayaking, hiking, biking, rollerskating. I love yoga, it teaches me a control of my body. I really enjoy playing badminton but I’m not great at it… 😉
I’m not massively into competitive sports but love sea swimming, mountain biking and running. I do enter long distance running and swimming events though
I like to go to gym classes and go on long walks, so I don’t really play sports anymore. I used to play netball at university and loved it! I watch sports matches like tennis, football and rugby on the TV quite often.
